You can schedule your lease inspection up to four months before the lease is over. This inspection is complimentary, and you can request to have it done at home, your work, or our dealership.

During the lease inspection, we will look at both the interior and exterior of your vehicle for different levels of wear and tear. We understand that small scratches and tears may occur, so issues like that will not count against you.

We’ll mainly be looking for more excessive damage, like multiple dents or scratches as well as large cracks in the windshield. Your tire tread will also be looked at, and you should be using the original tires you drove home with.

We will also inspect the interior for larger tears or stains on the upholstery. If none are present, you should be good to go!

There are a few important items that we will need back. These include your spare keys and the owner’s manual. If your vehicle came with any accessories, we will also need those back.

Yes, it would be helpful if you washed your lease both inside and out so that it’s prepared to come back to us. You don’t want to forget any of your personal items in the car, so make sure to go through your vehicle to check that you grabbed everything.

While you’re cleaning the interior, now is also a good time to clean your technology systems. You will want to erase any stored data, like addresses or phone numbers, before you return your vehicle.

Yes, another participating GM dealership can accept your Buick lease return. The preferred location is the dealership where you took out the lease, but other locations are also acceptable if you no longer live near the original dealership.
