Back again! I needed another vehicle and had such a great experience the last time that C Harper Buick GMC was my first stop. I looked at a few SUVs and settled on a 2025 Buick Enclave Preferred. The deal that I received...both on my new car and trade...was excellent....everyone was very professional and not hard sell.... However. I am a little disappointed in the delays in follow-up calls re the delivery of my car and thinking that a sales rep would make the delivery of the vehicle.....instead it was sign papers, drop off and leave...no review of ANYTHING in the settings or operation of the vehicle....so it now sitting in the garage for 2 days because I'm not comfortable driving it since I don't even know where to turn the lights on.....when I've purchased other vehicles. I've had someone spend 30-60 minutes with me in the vehicle going over and setting up various settings right inside the vehicle to get me oriented to the basics and features.....I can't even get the new one in sink with my garage opener yet!.... frustrating that I have a new SUV and don't feel comfortable to operate it yet...

I sent 1 service review on how bad it was and never heard from you when we and the car dealership agreed to have them fix the bed liner and touch up paint they were supposed to touch up look bad I could of did a better job if I the touch up paint my self you can tell ever were they did and they missed some of the spots they didn't pick my truck up then they called and if I dropped off then it was supposed to be delivered back to me by 3 were I work and they called me at 230 and told me just to bring the sales men car in later that night I told them to bring it to my house when it was done and the sale man told me it wouldn't be till 930 at night that's totally unacceptable then I called the manager and he said he would check in to it then he called half hour later and told me to come pick it up I don't know why you have a courtesy car if you don't get one and I was told I would have my GM points after a week and I still don't have them I would not recommend them to anyone

I tooknmy car in for an oil change with no issues or lights on. I picked it up with the check engine light on. Was told to take it home and call in the morning. Was told it was the grill shutter. They said it was a fluke thing and it was not covered under my warranty. That it was open i didnt have to worry about fixing it. So i picked it up and brought it home. Next morning driving it to work the check engine light went out. Now it tells me that i put new brakes on my car and the brake monitoring system needs monitoring. I cant understand how my car was fine until i serviced my car through the dealership. I am very dissatifed. I never had issues and now something new keeps popping up.

Well first they left greasy had prints on the fender of my truck. Second the guy in charge of service talked to me like I was an idiot. 3rd they did not fix the exhaust brake. It still doesn’t work that well and takes a long time to kick in. But the service manager insists that the computer says it’s okay. I have driven many GM trucks equipped with exhaust brake and by far this one doesn’t work as it should

The service is poor. Mechanic took the truck on 15 ride before starting inspection. I guess he went for morning coffee. There was a low tire pressure waring lite on that he didn't take the time to investigate and it turns out the last time C Harper rotated tires the TPS was not reset to the correct wheel location it showed a warning for the right front when it was the right rear tire was low. But they had time to take a video showing my transmission filter may need replacement but didn't mention it until the truck was off the rack so it will have it changed elsewhere. An hour and 15 minutes for and state inspection is totally uncalled for.

Because the dealership is about an hour away, I called first to speak with a salesperson. Was connected with Dominic. He confirmed the truck was there and available. We drove down, walked in and were greeted by Dominic. Took a test drive then came back to talk "math". After slight negotiation, we agreed to purchase. The truck was prepped and we headed on our way as happy customers. Dominic was a pleasure to work with. The finance manager did a good job as well. We did get the impression he was not happy that we chose not to purchase an extended warranty, by a comment that was made. Regardless, we would recommend C Harper to our family and friends. Very slow process with very little information. My vehicle was there a week without any questions or offers for a demo vehicle. I dropped off and it was just assumed I was good. Prices for work were moderate to high and part ordering was awful. Offered to look for aftermarket, which was presented at "high cost." Just a downhill experience from prior.

I only had one problem when I took my truck in to get four new tires put on got the tires and was told there was a problem with my right rear tire not sending a reading to the dash. thy said the battery's went dead. When I took the truck in all four tires were sending a reading to the dash. I told them the $160.00 was just a little more to add to my bill since all four tires were new I felt it would be okay. well when I got in the truck the red tire came on when I pushed the button to check all four tires no reading. As I said I was told it was the right rear not all four.

Thomas and Kirk both went above and beyond to help my wife and I with purchasing a new Yukon AT4. We were buying this vehicle from out of State. They had excellent follow up and worked to make sure the vehicle we wanted was available. We worked together on the pricing, the trade In. They definitely were trusting in our negotiation with the trade in from pictures only. Thomas worked on all the details for us buying out of state. Kirk made sure our final offer was well documented as we discussed. When we arrived at the dealership to pick up the new Yukon it was serviced and ready to go. Thomas suggested for us to take a test drive since we bought it without seeing the vehicle in person. We appreciated Thomas's knowledge of the vehicle and was helpful taking us through all features and set up. Kirk made sure our paperwork was completed and approved. Thomas even followed up with us to make sure our trip home was safe and we had no issues with the new vehicle. It was a great experience buying a car from C Harper GMC as they made us feel very welcomed the moment we stepped through the door and we felt like family before we left. The service on my truck was good and a little quicker this time. My issue is with the fella doing the paperwork. Scheduled the appointment online and when I did an offer came up to use, I checked the boxed and scheduled the appointment online. I had also received the offer in the mail so I brought it with me. When I went to pay I was charged $50 extra. The offer was on my paperwork, so I went back in to question it with the person doing the paperwork. I was asked why I didn’t give him the coupon even though offer was done online and printed on my receipt. The reason I didn’t give him the coupon was because I did it online and when checking in he was no where to be found. Chech in process was awful. He did adjust it but the whole issue should have never happened. Wonder how many others he has taken advantage of

I had a problem previously at this dealership a couple years ago. This, pertaining to a front end alignment on my 2018 GMC Denali. they wanted to put an idler arm on that I didn't need, had my truck there twice in a weeks time to get the front end aligned in which they did a terrible job. I had to take the truck elsewhere to have this work completed. Then, I tried to give them another chance in which they lied to me, was inconsiderate and mis leading. Will never recommend them to anyone. TOTALLY DISSATISFIED CUSTOMER!!!!
